توقيف 3 عناصر من الشرطة المغربية إثر وفاة شاب كان معتقلاً في مخفر للأمن

أعلن الوكيل العام للملك (المدعي العام) بمحكمة الاستئناف بمراكش (جنوب الرباط)، مساء الخميس، عن تقديم 4 عناصر من الشرطة أمام النيابة، مع تقديم ملتمس بإجراء تحقيق في حق أحدهم بسبب ممارسته العنف أثناء قيامه بوظيفته ضد أحد الأشخاص المعتقلين ما أدى إلى وفاته. وأوضح البيان أنه بعد استنطاقه ابتدائياً من قبل قاضي التحقيق أمر بإيداعه بالسجن.
أما باقي العناصر الثلاثة فأحيلوا إلى وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بابن جرير (شمال مراكش) للاختصاص، والذي قرر بدوره متابعة شرطيين في حالة اعتقال للاشتباه في ارتكابهما العنف أثناء قيامهما بوظيفتهما ضد أحد الأشخاص، والتسبب في القتل غير العمدي.
